Travis is the founder of Travis Newton P.A, where he has dedicated most of his career to defending motorists accused of Driving Under the Influence and individuals charged with a criminal offense. Attorney Newton holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Clemson University and continues research in the area of behavioral psychology and its impact on those accused of Driving Under the Influence. There are scientists, independent studies, and psychological experiments that contradict the effectiveness of NHTSA DUI detection standards. Travis Newton’s years of research and wealth of experience lead him to the conclusion that NHTSA standards of DUI detection are more than just flawed. Attorney Newton believes NHTSA DUI detection procedures are unfair, biased, discriminatory, and deceitful.Travis Newton is a charter member of The American Asscoaition of Premier DUI Attorneys and The Cornell Law School Legal Information Institute.
