Patrick J Collins

Patrick J Collins is a Delaware trial attorney focusing my practice on criminal defense. Our firm, Collins & Associates, handles everything from DUIs to murder cases.  We represent clients facing misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile charges, probation violations, and just about anything else.  We also do appeals, pardons and engagements.

In other words, I work with people who really need a lawyer.  The right lawyer-client relationship is very important. That’s why we don’t charge for consultations—so you can get to know me and decide if we can work together effectively.  You need to trust your lawyer if he is going to help you make the right decisions about your case.  You can count on me to be knowledgeable about the law, skilled in court, and to give maximum effort on your behalf.

Our office is in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.  We handle all criminal cases in New Castle and Kent Counties.  Please don’t make any decisions about your criminal case without first consulting with a lawyer.
