Tom Walker specialises in criminal and regulatory law, and appears on behalf of both Prosecution and Defence.

Main areas of practice

Tom has extensive Court and Regulatory Tribunal experience, which includes the successful conduct of numerous multi-day trials, and involvement in a number of complex and high-profile criminal cases involving fatalities.

Tom regularly conducts work on professional misconduct cases involving health and social care professionals, and solicitors.  Tom also provides specialist regulatory advice to a range of different clients, including organisations in both the public and private sectors.
