Steven Abraham Amjad

In the context of a personal injury case, I generally understand that the last thing a client wants to do is share their compensation from an injury that they have suffered.  In my first conversation with many clients, I find myself telling them to negotiate with the insurance company first, if they get nowhere on that front, call me back.  There is no need to use a lawyer if the insurance carrier is going to be reasonable with you, why share the money due to you if you do not need the help.

In the context of a criminal case, I have several years of experience in the prosecutor’s office in the City of St. Louis.  This experience has given me a realistic understanding of what prosecutor’s are looking for in moving forward with criminal cases.  Over the last several years, I have developed relationships with many of the State’s Attorneys in Central Illinois counties.

In the context of a business dispute, I am a litigation attorney with an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  This extra qualification makes me especially able to handle your case because as a general rule, I understand that a lawsuit will not be a profit center for your business.  In addition, our firm of well over 30 attorneys has the business expertise in every area of the legal arena.  We truly are a full service law firm.
